Recommendation of Electrician/Installer in LA/Orange

I am looking for recommendations of an electrician who is competent and capable of doing three things done at once:
1) Install an EV charger.
2) Install a second meter.
3) Install a few solar panels/energy storage bank over a flat roof patio I have.

Any recommendations of someone competent, experienced, and not too costly?
Also, any thoughts on whether it would be better to buy the solar gear directly or have the electrician buy them (presumably with a contractor's discount)?

I emailed Dennis to see if he does work in the Santa Monica area. Any other recommended folks for that end of town?
