Finally got EnTune to recognize my VIN, but I still can not get fully functional because now it will not accept my Toyota Safety Connect Contract ID.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Toyota tech support seems stumped on this one.

8 days into this, and Toyota tech support is still unable to figure out why the EnTune Registration will not take my Contract ID. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you're having this problem. I've not heard of this before.
Good Luck. This is completely Toyota's problem and it's up to them to fix it.

I am going thru the same thing. I am 8 days into this and am still getting a response that my safety connect contract id is invalid.
The two "solutions" that I saw on the forum were to have the prior owner transfer ownership - my prior owner is a dealer sales manager - I think I am going to be near there this week - so maybe if I am lucky he will be there and help.
The other solution I saw was a conflict on the VIN/email addresses in the system - I have asked the Toyota Safety Connect person to try and fix that if it exists. That kind of makes sense because I haven't received the enrollment email from toyota that they said they were sending when they updated the contract id with my info.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Well I got the former owner to check his account and the Rav4 was no longer listed. When I got home - I tried the contract again - and now I was able to enter the safety connect contract ID and connect with the app. It is unclear what if anything was done - other than it was just over 24 hours from when the customer service folks had updated my account info.
