Hard to say, without factoring in the speed related aerodynamic drag, but around 45 mph would be an (un)educated guess.

For a Model S the optimal speed is 25 MPH (http://wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/12/12/father-and-son-drive-423-miles-on-one-charge-in-tesla-model-s/?_r=0), so the RAV4 might be a little slower due the higher Cd.

Based on watching the efficiency meter while driving, yes, it's probably between 15 and 25 mph.
I see you are at the top of my Entune Eco Dashboard Eco Ranking... good for you! ;)

Since I've been banging out some 140-150 mile drives, I should be up there "RuvMyRav".

I see it only considers average from the trips, so I can game it by rolling down a hill and turning off the car to get a really high number... my 151.6 miles of driving going uphill almost 4000 feet means nothing.
