xm channels and tuning

Ok, so I know how to tune by single channel using the note icon. However, when I try to tune from 99 to Howard 100 the radio skips over 100,101,102 and goes straight to 103.
I see on the XM websitie that the trial is all access and should include 100/101. Anyone else have this problem and/or a solution?
Not sure if this is a problem on the car radio side or XM program setup side.

Not being able to tune with a dial or convenient button is driving me crazy so I am trying to get all my presets set up.

Not certain, but I think the xm channels scan by category (i.e. sports, news, etc.) and that's why they "skip" over certain channels.

radio refresh signal from siriusXM fixed it.
