As of last week, I had odd behavior of my driver power window:
AUTO up/down wasn't working.
The first switch position (normally up/down until release) wasn't doing anything.
Only second position (normally AUTO) was giving me the manual behavior of up/down till released.
Also after switching the rav4ev off, all 3 windows were still functional for 45 seconds, except the driver window.
I started thinking that it probably was a settings issue.
Power cycled the 12 Volt battery, that didn't work.
I found this part in the manual
After applying that procedure, everything is back to working normal.
Just wanted to share if someone (in the future) ever gets a similar problem
