Seat Warmers Automatically Turn OFF After 10 Minutes

Hi RAV-4 EV group.
We have a failed DC-DC converter / cabin heater and my wife uses the seat warmer her entire 30 minute morning commute but it tends to turn off (including the indicator on the dash) in around 10 minutes then stays off for ~10 minutes even though the indicator is showing ON.
Is this normal?

I'm going to guess that you're out of warranty?

Why not repair the cabin heater?

Where are you located?

Yep, out of warranty....

$5,000 total cost for repairs where they would cover $2,000

Question: Do you use your seat warmers? Do they shut off without being requested to do so?

If your DC-DC converter has failed, then how is your 12V battery getting charged? Could this be why the seat warmers turn off automatically - the 12V gets drained too much? But how does it get replenished at all?

There doesn't seem to be anything else that is effected. The headlights, radio, etc. all work normally. Hmmm...
