These guys pull a motor out of a 2013 Model S, take it apart, replace the bearings and put it all back together.
They tend to get off the subject quite a bit in the video, but still some good information. One thing I noticed is that they just replaced the bearings, they didn't fix the bad rotor spline or replace the copper brush.
