You forgot to mention the parade . . . need to have close to 500 BEVs (not hybrid or EREV) to set a new Guinesses world record for the most EVs in a parade. Please bring your RAV4 EV. Check-in time to be in the parade is 7AM. If you're on time, you'll get free coffee and donuts and a free T-shirt to commemorate the event. The rest of the event starts at 10AM. Tony's company is giving away a FREE JESLA and JLONG, but must be present to win.

My wife and I are seriously thinking about driving both our Ravs down tomorrow morning just to up the count, but we also want to head north in the afternoon, so we're debating if we'd be able to get one recharged for that trip -

Get to the parade super early (before 7am) and you have a good chance of being first to start a (free) charge EARLY. Parade route takes about 30 mins tops, and first car out at 8am. If you start charging by 9am, you'll get a good 3 hours by noon time. If you stay till its over at 3pm (when the prize winners are announced), that's 6 straight hours to charge. Should be long enough to completely recharge.

It's gonna be close for the new record, so please do come if at all possible and bring both your RAV4 EVs.
