Those batteries, of course, will degrade as all batteries. We have found that 10 to 15% of degradation is possible at 50,000 miles, with 15 to 20% likely at 100,000 miles.
I did the test on one of my rav4ev's today.
I disconnected the 12 volt battery after an extended charge around 1pm and reconnected it around 6pm, so 5 hours disconnected.
Ambient temp was 72-65F
Range came back with 139 miles initally and after 10 seconds jumped down to 137 miles

137/146 = 93.8%
139/146 = 95.2%
Conclusion: battery after 33670 miles is between 93.8-95.2% of the original new capacity
5-6% capacity loss
