I very seriously doubt it.
I did put a ten foot length of metal stock on the dash and was able to close the rear door.

Floor width is less than 48". Would have to ride up on the plastic interior trim over the rear wheels.
Front seats to rear gate is less than 6'. Maybe you could push the front seats up a bit but it will still hang out the back.
No way a 4'x8' sheet will fit with the rear door closed and the car safely drivable. An 8' ladder will fit with the small end on the center bin.

Get a trailer hitch and a light weight trailer for larger loads. Thats what I did for my PIP and its worked out great. Now I am considering buying a Rav4 EV for the range and interior space.
