Have you calculated your miles per kwh based on the data you get from your meter? And does it differ from Entunes? I'm curious how accurate the Entunes estimate is....

Entunes tracks miles per kWh (DC) from the battery.
My home devices monitors AC kWh from the wall.

If I drive 100 miles, Entunes may show 3.1 miles/kwh. This means that I consumed (100/3.1=) 32.25 kWh (DC) from the battery pack. However, my meter shows that I recharged it with 37.94 kWh (AC) from the wall. The difference is the efficiency of the charger and cells themselves.

So the efficiency of my car is ~379 Wh/mile from the socket (and ~322 Wh/mile from the battery, what Entunes tracks).

I don't bother with Entunes mi/kwh tracking too much since AC kWh is what I really care about.

Exactly, that's the data I'm after. Thanks. Perhaps as an estimate of the real value I could make an adjustment based on your comparison.
