The California Energy Commission recently released a report on the state's goals for ZEV adoption and what they are doing to make progress toward 1.5 m ZEVs in CA by 2025. This includes info on strategy, money spent, numbers of vehicles in different California regions, and current charging infrastructure as of July 2014.
