Was wondering if anyone knows who I would call to cancel my Platinum Warranty? My 2013 Rav4 EV is being written off by the insurance company and I wanted to get my pro-rated refund on the Platinum Warranty.

Thanks Tony. This is my first lease ever, not sure how the end of the lease will be carried out. I like to keep the car since the residual is pretty low but with this motor hum problem getting worst and waiting for replacement being so long, not sure I will be keeping the Rav4.

How many forum members in line for a Motor replacement? Longo Toyota service rep just told me they are waiting on 4 replacement units. I have been waiting since early November 2015 and wanted to see if this is becoming a issue for people that have to return their lease vehicle soon.

Yeah I just got my Bit ONE processor and wanted to figure out where to tap into the speaker level out. I took the trunk apart to work on the sound matting last month and did not notice an amplifier on the passenger side rear.

About to start my audio upgrade and was wonder if there is actually a JBL amplifier in the Rav4 EV? I need to access the speaker output.. Thanks in advance. -Chan

I got our 7 year 125k mile warranty from Toby River also. Completely friction free buying process. All my paperwork has arrived in just over 3 weeks. I would recommend Toby in a heartbeat.

Looks like he is using a JL Cleansweep so that is probably using the speaker level out.

I recently installed the same Hood struts from Sokietech. Easy to install. Took me about 10 mins.
