Having this problem. Literally just purchased 2013 Rav4EV 16,900 miles on it, drove home and plugged in. Charging failed after about 5 minutes on 120v. Charged fine previously. Tried both blink and evgo 240v with same result. Taking to dealership tomorrow. Wish me luck.
