    Rabobank sites (Goleta, Santa Maria, Atascadero, Salinas) will let you charge at ~9.6 vs ~6.6kW. You should bump charge in King City or Paso Robles to make San Luis Obispo in case Atascadero is busy. Plan alternate sites if first choice is in use.
