Please share experience obtaining LADWP rebates

As long as you pass the inspection, you should be ok. You do want to make sure the EVSE you chose meets the program requirement. The Clipper creek unit I got didn't come with a plug. I bought and installed the plug myself. Just an FYI.

It's been awhile but I will send you my electrician info if I find them. Sorry that it's been awhile and I am not familiar with "Charge-Up" rebate. I can only share what I did and unfortunately I can't guarantee what worked for me will also work for you with LADWP. Also wanted to say that forum...

This evening, while driving at very low speed(under 10miles/hour) and shift from Neutral to Drive(foot off gas pedal), I experienced a bit of jolt(NOT so smooth transition), There's no Error code. It's a bit random although I did manage to duplicate it a couple more times when I am on smooth...

Help-Sign the petition for long-distance DCFC network in CA!

I just like to share that more than half of the signatures I got are from friends who do not currently own an Electric Vehicle. These friends initially are skeptical when they first saw us taken ownership of our Rav4EV 5 months ago. They are all much more supportive of our decision of EV...

California Energy Commission on EV Charging Infrastructure

Thanks a lot for taking time out of your precious time in Hawaii to do this nice recap. I guess high volume car maker such as Toyota, Honda's FCV commitment and lobbying is convincing the authorities(?) of a FCV dominant future. With increased consumer acceptance for EV, hopefully soon high...

Your tax dollars at work- building hydrogen fueling stations

You are probably right. Fuel Cell is supposed to be a "green" vehicle as well, however, if the concern can be properly explained and exposed to the public somehow, I suspect CEC would have certain challenge to justify their decision of investing more $ in the immediate future to Fuel cell...

Your tax dollars at work- building hydrogen fueling stations

Has anyone heard back from CEC yet? Green press is a great idea. I am not sure how change.org works but i heard they have wide audience and had contributributed to environmental issues such as banning fracking... if someone has experience working with them, might be able to help?

Your tax dollars at work- building hydrogen fueling stations

Thanks a lot for sharing this information. All EV owners need to know this so the EV community has opportunity to try to save the situation before it's too late. The concern is CEC might sit on these email without taking any action or respond. So if anyone knows someone from the press that...

I haven't found another EV that drive as well while providing both spacious passenger and cargo space. Tony's JdeMO capability added, this car will be...near perfect. I've not found a reason not to own it after the lease yet. :D

Clipper Creek 32 amp vs 48 amp EVSE

Congratulation to your owning a ne Rav4EV. I have the CC 48amp one installed at home(Rav4EV just pull up to 40amp from it). Since it's scheduled to charge in early AM while I am sleeping, I don't really "feel" the faster time it takes to charge. The Rav4EV can usually charge up in about 2.5...

    Toyota Entune Problem

The email notification seems to be much better than before, but I still can't get entune to update the status of charge using the entune app. So think there are definitely still bugs with entune app. I heard entune app was developed by a third party in New York and Toyota rely on them to fix it...
