    Well - I can tell you that some dealers buy the Post Lease California EV's in bulk to ship to states where they are not sold - that is how i have purchased both of my EVs. I live in the Seattle Area and just now we have 3 choices, Tesla, Leaf and Soul EV. these post lease cars are a blessing...
