8 days into this, and Toyota tech support is still unable to figure out why the EnTune Registration will not take my Contract ID. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Finally got EnTune to recognize my VIN, but I still can not get fully functional because now it will not accept my Toyota Safety Connect Contract ID. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Toyota tech support seems stumped on this one.

Nope, vin was entered correctly. System still says it is an invalid vin, which prevents me from being able to sign up for entune.

I am on day 5, and just spoke to Toyota case manager. They are still confused why I am getting an INVALID VIN message when I try to sign up for EnTune, both on the app and the website. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is getting frustrating.

The charging noise seems to be coming from the front section of the vehicle, it is very loud. I also have another EV the Fiat 500e, and it is completely silent when it charges. Any suggestions? Do all Rav4EVs make this noise? John

fourth day of waiting, case manager says keep waiting.

Third day of ownership, still loud noises and pulsations while charging on leviton level 2 40 amp charger. Dealer says this is due to humidity from transport, and the noises will go away in two days. Do the noises really stop, or can I expect this noise every time I charge?

Just picked up my new 2014 Rav4 EV. When I try to register for EnTune through the App or through the EnTune website, it tells me my VIN is INVALID. My Allstate insurance agent also can not find the VIN in the insurance database. I do know these are made in Canada, and all other Rav4s are made...
