+1. I have had problems, I would have been surprised if there were no problems. There is nothing out there yet like RAV4 EV.

Tesla motor drive unit came sooner! than anticipated (less than 4 weeks). It took couple of days to put it in. Following work was done: - replaced the traction motor unit, tightened the front CV bolts and replaced the battery coolant. Whining and clunk noises are gone!

I took my EV to Hayward Toyota after taking in many times to Fremont Toyota for noise (whizzing under 50mph and Clunk at gas pedal on/off) issues. Mine has 18K miles. Hayward Toyota was persistent and now Toyota has agreed that motor needs to replaced which is on back order.

I think there is something wrong with the battery pack. With extended charge, in summer, 100+ miles is given. I get ~120M with normal charge in summer. Take it to the dealer.
