Hi- I had the same complaint but instead of doing the dynamat thing I bought new premium tires- continental pure contacts. It makes a world of difference. From a noise/ride comfort perspective changing tires turned my Rav4EV into a Lexus. I also went with the ice RAV4 18" sport wheels.

Yeah, those are it, thanks. On the prototype it looks like they chromed the outside part of them and darkened the inside wheel portion.
