$17,500 off by 1 Dec 2014, Production Ended August 2014

It's actually sillier than that, the US EPA range is suppose to only 20-25 miles, to 80% would be only 16-20 miles. Maybe they plan on adding a bigger battery option in the future. It would be a great PHEV SUV if they just doubled the range to 40-50 miles...

The Outlander has a 25 Mile EV range (but does have gas mode). The Model X is going to be around $75k (they've publicly said would be 5-10% more then the Model S) Neither seems like a great option if you're interested in a 100+ mile range EV for $33k...

You pay tax each month on the lease amount. I think this means you are not paying tax on the Federal refund portion, unlike buying the car out right. That is a saving of over $600? EDIT: I was wrong, it looks like you pay tax on the $15,400 lease reduction portion as well.

Buying new tires...anyone done this already

Did you notice any improvement in mileage with the Michelin Energy Savers? I remember when I had to replace the Michelin's on my Camry Hybrid, they were out of Michelin's so I ended up getting some Continental "energy efficient" tires tires and it seemed like I lost about 4 mile per gallon...

    New incentives on July 9th

It seems like inventory in San Diego is up quite a bit. When I first started looking last month, one dealer I was looking at had 1 in stock and the other had 2. Now the first one has 6 and the second one has 4.

    New incentives on July 9th

They are sort of stuck now. Once you do $10K discounts, people will tend to wait for that again. An extra $2500 off pays 1/2 the sales tax and is nothing to sneeze at...

So what does it cost you per "fill up"

Don't forget that adding solar increases the value of your house and makes it easier to sell. If you are not done paying off the loan by the time you sell, you will get your money back anyway. :)

    Home Electric Useage Monitors

I noticed that the new "preview" site shows hourly data back to at least last October (when My system came on line), so Enphase is storing the data. I did not see a way to download it yet, but it's all there... https://enlighten.enphaseenergy.com/pv/public_systems/kzWA123350

$17,500 off by 1 Dec 2014, Production Ended August 2014

Does anyone know i the various dealer holdbacks and other dealer incentives are the same for the 2013 model? Here in San Diego, both dealers that gave me price quote gave the same exact discount ($2151) which seem a little less than I was expecting, and was wonder how much was more wiggle room...

They just came out. $7500 off and 0% financing on the 2013s I missed the 2012 deal, but this is not too bad.
