Yep... no heat out of the vents...blows cold air. It worked the first week I had it - I cranked it to 80 or so and hasn't worked since.

One suggestion for Toyota that could possibly be updated via a software update: On hill brake assist. The Rav should hold it's position when starting from a full stop rather that slip backwards.
