How much trouble will they give you for interior carpet stains, scuffs, and exterior chips at lease return? Do they scrutinize or is normal wear and tear pretty broad?

Probably a dumb question, but... I pulled up to a public charging station and noticed the plug was a bit wet. I'm sure its covered in the OM, but I figured I'd get a quicker answer here. Is it ok to charge even if the charging plug is wet? Heck, is it ok to charge out in the rain?

I attended the Plug-In Day event in Ventura (at The Collection in Oxnard). The ONLY Rav4 EV on display was a late 90's model, owned by the city of Ventura. I guess I could have put mine up for the event, but I had the kids with me and my car was filthy. I did see at least one other Rav4 EV drive...
