Dear TonyWilliams, now is known the cause of the malfunction (the cause coolant leaked) of the "native" Traction Motor Assembly of RAV4EV of respected rav4evuser?
Got the car back yesterday from Carson Toyota Service. It's been one week over there and the final bill was $1295.40.

The main problems were loose connectors on the drive unit during the installation. They were looking at the wrong places most of the time. It's quite an expensive experience and I hope it will not happen again for another 5 years (knock on wood)
