Clicking Noise While Charging Level 1

I just picked up my RAV4 EV yesterday! I'm waiting for the electrician to install the 240V circuit for level 2 charging, so connected the included 120V charger. All the indications are that it is charging correctly but there is a buzz that goes on and off plus an intermittent clicking noise that sounds like a large relay or solenoid continuously going on and off. The noise is coming from the rear of the vehicle near the charge port. Is this normal?
