Seems suspicious to me. Why wouldn't you just return the extra stuff? What is the serial number of your car?

I'd be worried that this might be stolen from a dealership car and now there's one without any floor mats.

suspicious you are! Unwarannted in this case though.

When I bought the car it was loaded with it from the factory. I did not want it and asked dealer to replace with all weather one, they did. And they told me they are obligated by law to give me
what came from manufacturer and ask me to take it.

PS: I wonder with 400 RAV4 sold if there is any market for its stolen stuff.

I've heard of all things EV stolen. HOV lane stickers, EVSE, and one guy who had his Gidmeter stolen when there was about 10 of those in the whole world.
