Mic won't work on Bluetooth phone

Just picked up my Rav4 EV and the mic doesn't work on either the phone or the hand free commands (nav, phone, radio, etc) has anyone had this happen to them? On the phone I can hear the other side but they can't hear me

I just noticed that the inside lighting also doesn't work. The car goes back to the dealer tomorrow

These may help... Sounds like an oversight as part of the PDI process.
