Evse outside?

Hello all: potential buyer here!
I have a few questions that i was hoping to get some answers to;
1.can i install the Leviton evse outdoors?
2. Does leviton install the 240v circuit along with the evse or do i need a third party electrician?
3. To avoid timing charging schedule issues, is there a way to set it to charge all the time, yet limit it to off peak charging via a timer (that the evse plugs into).

Yes, Leviton chargers can be completely outside. I've charged my LEAF in a hurricane and some serious snow uneventfully.
Personally, I'd just buy the 40 amp Leviton on line and have your local electrician install all....cheaper.
