Gotta wonder what Toyota is thinking. All it'd have to do is send advertisements to current Leaf customers and people pining over Teslas who can't afford them. While I respect the Leaf and understand its price point, about $10,000 more (or about $75-150 more per month for a lease) will get you a roomy SUV with greater range that can burn rubber off the line!
At least Toyota is advertising at all! I saw a Nissan Leaf advertisement on TV the other day for the first time, but then Nissan is trying to sell more than 1,600 cars for compliance.
