No, the call was from an assistant to Thorn. He said he was calling all the people who reported the problem. He said Thorn will be calling as well and I plan to ask. I expect him to tell me he is not a technician and does not know the details.
 
Monday 11/6/2017: Thorn called to ask if all was still working. I answered it was working as desired since Friday. He said they have documented the situation so if it happens again, they will know what to do.

Since I was unable to use these features for a month, I asked him to extend my SafetyConnect subscription for a month. He said since SafetyConnect was a separate entity, he could not. He offered me $100 AMEX gift check (which I accepted).
