Our Model S has the motor hum that apperesd after 10k miles. Have an appointment at the service center to remedy. We have only 1k miles on the RAV4, we'll see if this will also become an issue. Telsa is committed to make it right in a timely manner, not sure if Toyota has the same phillophy.

If the temperature sensor is bad, would this affect how it regulates the battery cooling/heating?

After completing my charge at work, I went to move my RAV so others can utilize the charging station. It’s 95+ degrees today and my exterior temperate reading is 64 degrees. I drove the car for about 30 min and now read 72 degrees. Is this common or do I have a bad temperature sensor?
