Service after the 25K milestone

Has anyone taken their RAV in for service post-25K miles? I'm curious to know what price is being charged for these services. Also, ICE cars have periodic "large" services. I don't expect any such thing for the RAV, but I'm curious about service schedules that Toyota is recommending post-25K.

I recall seeing a brochure at AutoNation Toyota Hayward last month for extending maintenance upto 45000 miles for $299. I don't have details, worth calling them, (510) 224-4854

All they do is rotate the tires every 5-10k miles, no?
